and make it as directed using extra butter and milk and dump in a casserole dish. then I cooked up some bacon nice and crisp
and cut it up into nice pieces and sprinkled it over the mac n cheese. get it nice and worked in there.Next step is to sprinkle with any sort of grated cheese you have on hand, i had a 4 cheese blend of Italian cheese. then I sprinkled on top of that bread crumbs for a crunchy texture because my favorite mac n cheese always has a crunchy topping.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 7 minutes then put on broil for about 5 minutes to brown the topping. than enjoy with some white wine and your favorite tv show preferably in front of the tv.

Hmmm...Bacon's great but you're kinda askin for it(and by it I mean an early death) by putting it on mac and cheese w/extra butter and cheese, AND bacon on top. I'd serve this to a wealthy overweight relative with no other heirs.
